How do I place an order?
Choose the product of your choice by clicking ADD TO CART, then enter the delivery details, your greeting card message, and credit card details. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
How will I know if you have received my online order?
You will receive a virtual receipt as soon as you finish ordering. After this, we will send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted in your order (please make sure you provide us with a valid email address). If you do not receive an email within an hour of placing your order, please notify us through email@example.com.
How will I be billed?
You are charged when your credit card is verified and as soon as we confirm your sale at the end of your transaction. Credit card companies usually bill you by the local currency equivalent of the purchase price at the time of order (unless otherwise specified by your credit card company) so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge will arrive along with your regular credit card bill.
May I change my order delivery details (delivery date / greeting message / delivery address) or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
If for any reason you wish to change order details, please give us a 24 – hour advance notice to implement delivery changes or cancellation. During floral holidays, kindly send your cancellation notice at least two (2) working days prior to the delivery date. Kindly contact us or send us an email through firstname.lastname@example.org on Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (Philippine Time).
Can I ship flowers to more than one address when placing my order online?
We would be happy to ship flowers to more than one address. However, you have to enter a separate order for each address you want to deliver to. For a more convenient ordering, we would recommend creating an account with us so that you don’t have to input your delivery details each time you visit us.

How do I change the quantity of my order?
To change or add the quantity of an item, go the Shopping Cart page. Input the new quantity in the Quantity box and click Update to register the changes.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers within Metro Manila only (except CAMANAVA area – Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas & Valenzuela). Kindly note that all orders for delivery to hospitals, schools, dormitories, apartments and funeral homes, must have the recipient’s complete name, complete address (room number or department included) in the order form. Hospitals do not allow flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units.

What are your delivery schedules?
We deliver within Metro Manila everyday from Monday to Sunday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00AM (Philippine Time). We offer next-day flower delivery for orders placed before 4:00PM (Philippine Time).
Regular delivery starts at around 1:00PM and ends at 8:00PM. This sometimes may extend to 10:00PM onwards depending on the number of deliveries for the day. Same day delivery starts at 3:00PM onwards.
What if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will have the order received by a person that claims affinity to the recipient and is present at the exact address.
And if no one is present at the address or if the house/office is closed, our courier will redeliver the package the next business day for an additional delivery fee and retouch fee if flowers are still fit for delivery.
Is there any proof of delivery?
A proof of delivery slip will be signed by the recipient to confirm the completion of the service. You may inquire about who received the order through email@example.com
What if the flowers arrived late or got spoiled?
We take every precaution to preserve your flowers so it should get to its destination fresh. However, if for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition or does not arrive at all, we will be happy to replace the bouquet of flowers as long as it is in accordance to our purchase agreement. Please see our delivery information for complete terms of delivery.
How will I know if the flowers have been delivered?
We keep in touch with you every step of the way. If you feel the need to contact us, don’t hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you of the status of your order immediately.
Are there days or date restrictions on flower deliveries?
We do not deliver on Good Friday and the Monday after Undas.
Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?
Currently, we deliver only within Metro Manila except Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas & Valenzuela.
How are the flowers packaged?
The bouquets are packed the way it appears on the website. It will be accompanied by a Little Way Flower Shop card with the greeting of your choice.
Do I get discounts if I am a regular customer?
If you frequent our site or become a registered member, you will regularly receive special promotional discounts and privileges. So, the more you shop, the cheaper it gets!
Is it safe to purchase with my credit card online?
We never send personal information, such as your credit card numbers, over the internet in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We use state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption – The safest internet security encryption available anywhere. Our ordering system is outsourced from the best technology available in the USA and is used by some of the best e-commerce sites in the world. Furthermore, we use Network Solutions ID for extra security to assure you that we are a company that handles your information seriously.
