Serenity Weekly Paalaga

While you may think that you are getting a discount when availing of paalaga, think again.  We have a weekly Serenity paalaga for 6 months and we are noticing that the flower arrangements that they are installing are the left unsold ones from the previous day.  They are oftentimes near withering, dry and the petals are falling already.  
Last Valentine’s Day, I ordered a flower arrangement and specifically requested it to be colorful but they installed an all white arrangement.  When I called out their attention, they were quick to take action and informed me that they will REPLACE the arrangement.  But what they did was, un-installed the all white flowers, added a FEW colorful ones and re-installed the SAME arrangement.  We are a paying customer and their prices are not cheap but we are not getting our money’s worth.  It’s just that we are not left with so much choice because Little Way is the only accredited Flower Shop in St Therese.  If you bring your own flowers, they will charge you with a fee of P500 to install them.  
Also, their opening time is 9AM but they will come in late.  When asked if there are already available flowers, the staff Ava or Aya (the girl in eyeglasses) would inform us that whatever is left in the fridge is our only option as the flower arrangements are not ready yet.  So again, you are left with no choice but to buy a flower that is already a day old.
I hope they realize that the flower arrangements are very important and meaningful to us as they are for our loved ones.  Little Way should greatly improve in their services.
